The turn out for the Festival of the Forks 2018 in Albion was large compared to recent years. People wanted to see the new brick streets (that took TWO YEARS to finish, they wanted to see the new Courtyard by Marriott Hotel, the new Albion Malleable Brewing Co., but the biggest attraction for the Festival of the Forks is, ironically, food. Even though the Forks that are mentioned in the name “Festival of the Forks” do not refer to eating at all.

Every year at the Festival of the Forks, there are slightly different vendors, but one theme is expertly grilled meat and side dishes.
Some years at the Festival of the Forks, there are Farmer's Market items such as fresh apples, candy onions, zucchini, and squash.
A variety of people come to Albion's Festival of the Forks, especially if the weather cooperates.
Many of the vendors at the Festival of the Forks have baked goods such as cookies and cupcakes.
Home made pastries go well with hot coffee, and this vendor had both items ready to go at the 2018 Festival of the Forks.
Smoked ribs are a favorite at Albion's Festival of the Forks, and each meal has tasty side dishes such as biscuits and coleslaw.
It's a great time to come to the Festival of the Forks, to see the parade, to shop, to see friends, and especially the food.
