Maggie LaNoue

Maggie LaNoue is a longtime Albion resident, artist, and community storyteller. Her pen-and-ink illustrations of Michigan landmarks are well known, but she also brings sharp insight and thoughtful reporting to local issues. Maggie contributes articles to The Recorder that focus on civic engagement, community events, and practical resources for Albion residents. She blends journalism with care, always aiming to uplift and inform. In addition to her writing, Maggie maintains the AlbionMich.net website and the MichiganPrints.net art archive. Her work helps preserve Albion’s past while spotlighting the people and programs shaping its future.
