Rising Tide
The public would benefit from learning the areas that Project Rising Tide is involved with.
This outline is from a Albion, Michigan City Council Report in August 2019 by Linda LaNoue, Project Rising Tide Community Development Fellow, and Haley Snyder, Acting Assistant City Manager.
The PRT Community Development Fellowship was more challenging than the other nine Project Rising Tide Communities due to the lack of a City Manager.
