Michigan Stay At Home Order

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer has enacted a stay-at-home order for Michigan residents as her latest attempt at curbing the spread of the coronavirus.

The order says the vast number of people should remain in their houses, but there are some exceptions for essential workers and travel.

The order takes effect at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday and lasts “for at least the next three weeks.”
