On this page we will list some local resources for Seniors in Calhoun County, Michigan.  For most cases, seniors are defined as individuals over 60.  There are quite a few resources below and the list is growing!  We’ll be adding a newsfeed from some of these groups soon.  For now, just look around. There are some links that can help you to navigate through the options for specific needs.

CentraCare: is part of a national PACE (Program of ALL-Inclusive Care for the Elderly).  It is a medical/social based model of care that provides comprehensive integrated managed care on a voluntary basis, to older adults who are at risk for nursing home placement.  269-441-9300.

Neighborhood Health Visitors – Part of Albion Health Care Alliance – Works to make sure that everyone in greater Albion has all the health related help that is available. Their goal is to visit all of Albion City, plus Albion and Sheridan Townships.

Senior Health Partners: Provides programs such as Matter of Balance, Exercise class, and Personal Action Towards Health.  These are programs designed to help participants enhance their quality of life.
